Your life should not be consumed by the work of holding it together.

My mission is to step in with capable, thoughtful help that lightens what you are carrying, moves what matters forward, and gives you more room to live.

Hi, I'm Ivy!

I see what needs to be done, find the way forward, and get to work.

Since 2019, I’ve helped people bring order to their spaces, make it through demanding seasons, and move forward when there are simply too many things competing for their time and attention.

I genuinely love taking a situation that feels tangled, scattered, or stuck and finding the way through it. My brain naturally looks for how the pieces fit together. Give me the full, messy picture, and I start sorting through what matters, what needs to happen first, and what will make everything work better. Sometimes that means organizing a home. Sometimes it means coordinating a move or project, handling errands, or creating a system that actually fits the person using it.

I also understand that asking for help can feel vulnerable. You do not need to organize everything before I arrive, know exactly what to ask for, or make your life presentable for me. Meeting you in the unfinished parts is part of the work.

What matters most to me is being someone you can trust to follow through, communicate honestly, and treat your life with care. I want my help to leave you with less to carry, more room to live, and the confidence that what you handed me is being handled well.

A Closer Look at Ivy & Eve

Who I Help

What I Do

When to Reach Out

I work with people who have a lot on their plate and need someone capable to step in without becoming another person to manage. You may be running a business, caring for a household, moving through a demanding season, or simply ready to stop carrying every detail alone.

I help turn the full, messy picture into something manageable. Depending on what you need, that may mean handling errands, organizing a space, coordinating a move or project, supporting your business, or creating a system that works better.

You do not have to wait until everything is falling apart. Reach out when something keeps getting pushed aside, the details are piling up, or you know what needs to happen but do not have the time, energy, or clarity to carry it through.

Where I Work

Why I Do This

How I Do It

I provide hands-on support throughout Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro area. Some business, planning, and coordination work can also be handled remotely when it makes sense.

I do this work because I am good at seeing what needs to happen, and I know the difference reliable help can make. I enjoy turning unfinished or overwhelming situations into clear next steps and completed work.

I start by understanding the need, priorities, and decisions already made. Then I organize the work, confirm expectations, communicate as needed, and follow it through to completion.

“We can’t begin to explain how grateful we are for Ivy. For more than six years, she has helped keep our business running, consistently stepping in, tracking down what we need, and keeping things moving. No matter how you slice it, Ivy is a piece of the pie we can’t live without.”

Pie Junkie
Business Assistance (6+ Years)

“Ivy & Eve Resources is phenomenal. Ivy organized our garage, going through every single tote, sorting the contents, and transferring everything into new totes that actually make sense. There is no more guessing what is buried inside. We opened the door afterward and honestly didn’t recognize the space. I can’t recommend her enough and will be booking her again to help with future house projects.”
